Welcome to Sahaja Yoga Meditation in the Warwick area. While there is not a meeting held directly in Warwick at the moment, there are regular classes held nearby in neighbouring towns. All our sessions are quiet informal and easy going, start anytime. All classes are completely free of charge. No special clothing or equipment needed— come as you stand. Sahaja Yoga imbibes and integrates all the major spiritual paths and religious beliefs, offering an inclusive space for all ages. Beginners and experienced meditators alike can join us any week.
