Guided meditation by the founder of Sahaja Yoga Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

This is a great guided meditation by the founder of Sahaja Yoga Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, found on youtube by accident, three of us tried it for our morning meditation, all three of us felt really peaceful. It uses the breathing a practice of Mana and Prana which is very popular with some teachers who prefer the physical side of yoga exercises.
